ROLLDEC

Roto printing machine, using cylinders made of elastic material, with diameter between 230 and 458mm and tile size from 100 up to 1200mm(green). The structure is entirely made in stainless steel AISI 304, glazed in the outer parts. This system is easy to operate, the control program is developed by ACMI and Italy company, with the best servo system of the world. The configuration of this machine can change from single-head to multi-heads according to the different cases. The operating systems are basically three: Gear, Synchronized Gear and Printing Plate.

Gear: this operating mode includes the use of cylinders with continuous graphics. This mode electronically couples the cylinder movement with the one of the belt, without any relation from the other heads. This printing mode de-shades in a very easy way, and therefore it is possible to   achieve tiles different from each other.

Synchronized Gear: this operating mode includes the use of cylinders with continuous graphics. This mode electronically couples the cylinder movement with the one of the belt, and simultaneously keeps the single heads reciprocally coupled. In this way, it is possible to print complicated and geometrical graphics reciprocally centered.

Printing Plate: this operating mode includes the use of cylinder with well definite and repeated etched graphics. This enables to achieve different tiles according to the number of graphics etched on the cylinder.
