Wood effect aluminium Product Line is designed to produce wood effect on aluminium profiles or extrusions.
With the development of surface treatment of aluminum profiles, some companies introduced powder silk-spraying wood grain product line and vacuum transfer print technology, which are quite expensive but dissatisfactory in performance such as low productivity, low finished product rate. To overcome these defects, our company specially puts forward our Wood Effect aluminium Product Line for aluminum profiles, which is environmental friendly, with small space coverage (only about 240), highly efficient (daily output more than doubled that of the imported equipment) and the use rate of paper film can reach 95% or above. It really meets the demand of low investment, high return and has become widely adopted in the field.
