Carpet before and after handling inkjet printing equipment
This machine is for nylon,acrylic,polyester carpet pre-steamed before inkjet printing,and printing on the steamer,after fixing,washing,drying out the cloth used to play paper.
Pre-steaming → centration → inkjet printing → belt or quide roller steamer → over bridge → washing machine → network with dual-purpose needle plate dryer → cloth storage device → rolling unit volume
2.Network with steaming machine:non-metallic mesh with drage kevlar,the fabric slack steaming,high temperature and humidity resistance.Or the use of guide roller conveyor.Box at tht bottom of a multi-unit heat sink to produce saturated steam,vertical plate configuration radiator,with the temperature controlled device.To meet the various fabrics of polyester or acrylic work temperature requirements,100-180°c,self-setting.
3.Washing machine:spray washing equipmetn,water distribution ring vacuum pump,vacuum suction,two red two suction,two fan-shaped spray nozzle pipe installation,clean the carpet fibers strong internal impurities.
4.Mesh belt dryer:single layer with a loose drying,using hot oil,the working temperature of 100-180°c,self-setting.
5.Reserve cloth winding device:storage rack with cloth guide roller under section floating,the cloth winding device with play.
6.Full speed control,and interaction with the inkjet printing machine drive,or from the bridge had separated from the preceding and the printing machine interaction to drive back-linkage drive.Frame can be adjusted according to technological process.
