Application object: Suitable for schools, hospitals, small and medium-size printing enterprises and individual printing
Paper used: 28-255g/m2 paper printing, such as typing paper, newsprint, copy paper, craft paper, Copperplate paper, especially for simple four-color overprinting and single-color printing( school test paper),
Main characteristics: 1.Accurate register 2.stable pressure, both thick paper and thin paper can be used, 3.Stable performance 4.Every part of the press is made precisely and gears are famous grinding gears of high density.
Easy operation: All the functions such as feeding, positive/negative inching, pressure, double sheet elimination, two-revolution printing, speed adjusting and counting etc. are all integrated in the operation panel.
Advanced electronic circuit: Bridge device is used.
Accurate Register: Front guide, bilateral wheel-type pull guide structure, bilateral pull guide fine-tuning device and the plate cylinder fine tuning device are used to make accurate register.
The separation of form ink rollers and form water rollers: The water and the ink feeding system are separated. Thus it's easy to adjust the amount of the water and the ink needed by different printed matters. This structure especially suits for the process printing.
Pre-set counting: When the pre-set pages are done, the electromagnetic pre-set counter will order the machine to stop feeding automatically.
Double- sheet inspecting: Advanced double sheet control can effectively detect two pages, folded pages or more pages during the process of printing.
