5. Impressive lift Structure: The impression adopts dual air cylinder to impress through lifting to position the solenoid, which is a protector for the air leakage of the cylinder when the machine stops working .Performance: Assure the average of pressureand color chromatic aberration.
6. Pre-registration and chromatic Mechanical Handles system: This system can do vertical registration before printing. They adopt computer to control, synchronic motor to transfer the ball thread bar to adjust the chromatography up and down through reducing the speed to register color automatically and directly. Performance: Rotate with lubrication and high precision in chromatography.
7. Material-Collecting and Feeding Device: The material collecting and feeding stand adopts dual scaffold. It can change material roller and collect materials automatically. The tension of material-feeding and traction of material-collecting and feeding adopt frequency inverter vector to control the linear speed .The tension of material-collecting adopts being controlled by torque motor. Performance: accelerate the stabilization of chromatography, position the cylinder in horizontal direction ,save materials inkimpregnate and energy for large quantities of printing products. And while the speed of material collecting is 150m/min, the most waste of material collecting is about 5 meters, it can save about 45 meters comparing with three vector frequency inverter, and it can save about 25% ink, impregnate and energy resources, and lower the cost of the product largely.
8. Drying and cooling device: the oven adopts outside-installation style, which can integrate the electric heat, steaming and oil-heating inside of the temperature controller. The oven adopts centrifugal blower to blow and make suction. The temperature is controlled by intelligent thermo-controller, while the returning rolleradopts water-cooling device to control to assure the cooling of film. Performances: insure the security and save electric power.
