We accept refund or change when the item is fault, the dress must start return within 7 days after you received it, please ensure dress is brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations). For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges. We will do the refund or change once the dress arrives.
