The hexagonal honeycomb packing material has polypropylene (PP) polyvinyl chloride (PVC) ethylene-propylene copolymerization and glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) .Its  assembly form has inclined and straight pipe. Material has PP, PVc.

Inclined tube is mainly used for inlet desanding of water drainage engineering, precipitation of wastewater , oil separation and tailings enrichment processing, also can be used for reconstructing old pool.

Features of inclined pipe

1, large watted perimeter, small hydraulic radius.

2,good laminar flow, particles falling free from flocculent flow interference.

3,as long as inclined tube is 1meter, effective loadis designed  by 3-5 tons/m 2 .VO in 2.5-3.0 mm/sec range and best water quality.

4, adopting  honeycomb inclined pipe in water inlet with tube 2.0 to 3.0 meters ensure safe operation processing in high turbidity of 50-100 kg/m3 clay sand content.

5, processing power of inclined pipe sedimentation tank is horizontal-flow settling tank 3-5 times, accelerating water clarification and pulse water clarification of 2-3 times.

Straight pipe honeycomb packing  is used for microbial carriers of  tower-type biological filter, highload biological filter biological contact oxidation and rotating biological disk. Straight pipe honeycomb packing is mainly used for biochemical treatment of industrial organic wastewater and urban sewage,more efficient than activated sludge pool,and cover small area . its aeration strength is below activated sludge pool, and do not need to return sludge, small Sludge quantity and strong adaptability, greatly reducing processing workload after sludge dewatering.

Features of straight pipe

1,its processing efficiency superior to activated sludge, general hydraulic loading for 100-200 meters 3 / m 2, organic loading for 2000-5000 g/m3, thus narrowing  cover area .

2, its aeration strength is below activated sludge pool, and do not need to return sludge, reducing power consumption and simplify the management.

3,little sludge,reducing processing workload after sludge dewatering.

4,good sludge sedimentation,helpful for the removal of posterior segment suspended solids.

5,strong adaptability, wide range of adapting to different water quality,strong endurance for shock loading of mutation of water quality and quantity, stable treatment effect.
