1) product  introduce:

 

 

Insulation resistance: from environmental and frequency effects, the volume resistance of up to 1018 ohm ? cm, dielectric loss, high breakdown voltage.
Resistance to high and low temperature: the effects of temperature changes little, temperature range of a wide range of use temperature of -190 ~ 260 °C.
Self-lubricating: with the smallest coefficient of friction of plastic, is ideal for oil-free lubrication materials.
Sticky surface: the solid material are not known to adhere to the surface, a minimum surface energy of solid materials.
Resistance to atmospheric aging, radiation-resistant properties and low permeability: long-term exposure to the atmosphere, surface and performance remained unchanged.
Non-flammable: limiting oxygen index of 90 or less.
Resistance to chemical corrosion and weathering resistance: In addition to molten alkali metals, the PTFE is almost free from any chemical corrosion. For example, in concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, boiling water, even in the king, did not change its weight and performance, almost insoluble in all solvents, only slightly above 300 °C, soluble in all alkanes (about 0.1g/100g). PTFE does not absorb moisture, non-combustible, oxygen, UV are very stable, and therefore have excellent weather resistance

Product Characters:

The particle size is small, not suitable for making multi-angle products, can make simple shape products. The particle size is small and the fluidity is good. It can be added to various small mould.

Application:

Make molding rod, tube, plate, suitable for automatic extrusion.

Packing ,Storage & Transportation:  

Packed with sealed PVC bag, load in Water contentproof paper barrel. The net weight is (25±0.1)kg per barrel. Not classified as hazardous for transport. During transportation and storage, avoid heavy shaking, and prevent from solarization. It should stock in clean, cool and dry warehouse, prevent from agglomeration and contamination.
