The high pressure slurry-injection pump 3DN-S is productspecially designed for the leakage blocking in mine.

The slurry pump 3DN is a new type product, specially designed for the leakage blocking and suited for the waterproof wall in underground engineering, breast wall, leakage blocking in mine, wall protection in well and some basic engineering etc. It's a kind of light, special, high pressure pump with fixed flow rate and the medium to be pump can be clear water, some liquids with particles or viscous fluid as well as slurry with high density.

As regards the characteristics, please refer to the following:

1. The needle bearing is used between crank shaft and connecting rod at power frame, which makes the friction coefficient smaller, lubrication better, driving stable and power end lower temperature.

2. The safety valve with repture disc will work when the pressure is overloaded, which cause the operation simple, safety and reliable.

3. The manifold structure is not all in one, which makes the disassembly easier, time and effort saving as well.

4. Small body, light light weight and convenient for moving.

The pump can be equipped wih various electric motors with different power, inverter-fed motors and diesel engines as well.
