2. Operation Manual:

 

Add some diesel in pump house before start Motor to ensure Maximum suction when first operate.

 

1> The self-priming pump only for pumping Diesel, do not pump low ignition oil like Gasoline and high viscous oil like Engine Oil

 

2> caution connected Voltage suit with pump’s Rated Voltage. Voltage Tolerance not exceed ±12%

 

3>Direct Current electrode divided into Anode (+) and Negative (-), Red wire is Anode. Don’t connect electrode wrong or pump Motor reversed and no diesel output.

 

4>do connect pipe to suction port and output port completely as arrow indicate and ensure no leakage to guarantee efficient Suction Head.

 

5>Install Filter in the end of Suction pipe to avoid solid and dust into motor house and damage rotor and impeller. Frequently eliminate dust on the surface of Filter iron net. Don’t coat denser net on Filter to avoide filter jammed to cause suction flow reduction and damage pump rotor. Filter Diesel denser by install a denser Filter in the end of outlet pipe.

 

6>Pump continually workable. Don’t idle more than 5 minutes or rotor and diaphragm friction heat too high and damage

 

7>Maintain pump by mechanical experts afte operating 500 hours
