Pump Parts

1. All of the metal wet parts can are made of high chromium alloy which has superior wear and erosion resistance or grey iron which has a high rigidity.

2. As the expeller ring is assembled together with the expeller, much pressure can be reduced effectively for the impeller. Meanwhile, it can still maintain a reliable sealing performance.

3. The parts such as labyrinth, labyrinth locknut, end cover and shaft sleeve are used for bearing assembly; these parts can be changed easily and have high accuracy and longer service life.

4. Some fastening parts such as studs and bolts can be used for fixing the other parts securely. All the fastening parts can be attached easily, ensuring the safety.

5. All of the rubber parts have superior erosion resisting performance which can be used for a long life.

The WX series slurry pump is a single stage, single suction, centrifugal, horizontal end suction double casing pump.

This type of Heavy Duty Slurry Pump are designed for long life,efficient operation,and ease of maintenance resulting in a lower total cost of operation.

Pump Configuration:

1.The pump liner and impeller material have interchangeable wear part combinations.

2.Liners and impellers for hard metal and elastomer lined pumps have common dimensions and are interchangeable within the same pump size.

3.Frame supports the bearing cartridge which includes grease lubricated taper roller or cylindrical bearings.Bearings are located on a large diameter shaft designed to minimize overhang and deflection.

4.Expeller and expeller ring are constructed from Hi-Chrome material.

5.Packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.

6.Discharge direction  at intervals of 45 degrees as request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.

7.Wide application, good NPSH and high efficiency. can be installed in multistage to meet long distance.
