WQ Series Sewage Pump

General Introduction to Products                                                               

WQ Sewage Pump, this sewage pump  (referred to as electrical pump hereunder) consists of three components, water pump, sealing and electrical motor. The sewage pump is mounted on top of pump and divided into centrifugal and axial flow types. The motor is below the pump and divided into oil field and three-phase asynchronized types. Built-in mechanical sealing boxing set between the pump and motor. O shaped oil-proof rubber sealing ring is used at each stationary port as static sealing.

Main Application

This sewage pump are compact and light, well suitable for the farms and villages for water pumping, field and garden irrigation, Living water pumping, also for industry water discharging, water supply & discharge on construction sites and aquatic breeding fields.

Conditions

The sewage pump can operate properly and continuously under following operational conditions:

1.Working medium carries no corrosives, sand contents shall be maximum 0.10% by volume and granular size shall be max. 0.20mm.

2. Medium temperature shall be lower than 40 degrees and PH shall be 6.5-8.5.

3. The sewage pump shall operate within the nominal delivery range.

4. The sewage pump shall be fully submerged into water with submerged depth of less than 3m and max. depth of 5m, the sewage pump shall be min.0.5m over the water bottom and shall not be inserted sludge.

5. Power frequency shall be 50Hz, single phase voltage 220V, three-phase voltage 380V and voltage fluctuation shall be 0.9-1.1 times the nominal.
