They are suitable for transmitting no-particle containing and the relative density no more than 1.84 clean liquid, especially explosive, toxic, harmful, corrosive and precious liquid. So, they can be applied in production process in petroleum, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, bioengineering, dyeing, printing and food, etc industries.

The structure and performances of the magnetic transmission device are at a leading level in the world. The pumps features themselves small volume, great moment, small eddy flow, high transmission efficiency and good reliability (eliminating slip possibility because of magnetic structure) comparing with the like products those are manufactured in some developed foreign countries and mostly adopt dispersed, gap kept, inter-attracting magnetic circuit coupling driving device. Our products get rid of the shortage of their products. Therefore, our products are leading level products all around the world.The pump’s efficiency is 10-15% higher than the like products manufactured in some foreign companies from some developed countries such as HMD company in British, Klaus company in Germany and IWKI company in Japan. It is first level product in the world. Besides the magnetic driving device adopts patent granted optimum design, we run a comprehensive optimum design for pump’s structure including all parts with several patent technologies and combine our special technologies with manufacturing know-how to decrease any lose that the pump’s efficiency so as to make the efficiency of the centrifugal pump be equal to the efficiency of gland seal pump.With low natural attrition rate, the pumps can be in operation for long time without maintenance. There is a special axial force balance system in the pump. So, the axial force on the pump’s shaft is nearly zero and there is only slight mechanical friction on end face of end thrust bearing and end face of bush bearing during long period of the pump’s operation. That is why the pump enjoys itself low natural attrition, low failure rate and being in operation for long time without maintenance.

Vibration and noise from the pump are lower than the like products manufactured in foreign countries. 

PRINCIPLE

According to the schematic drawing, an electric motor and an external magnetic rotor compose a drive unit, while an impeller and an inner magnetic rotor constitute a slave unit. There is an isolating diaphragm between the drive unit and the slave unit, while the inner magnet rotor is submerged in the fluid. Through push-pull resultant moment being composed of pushing force and pulling force between the external magnet rotor and inner magnet rotor, electric motor can drive the inner rotor, pump’s shaft and impeller to rotate synchronously.
