1. Hose squeeze pump Introduction:
The industrial hose pump is a new, multifunction and multipurpose industrial pump developed on the basis of foreign advanced technologies. It breaks away the restrictions of traditional pump impeller and shaft seal and uses the totally different mechanism compared with traditional pump. So it is very suitable to transport materials with high viscosity, high corrosivity and high content of solid particles.
2. Hose squeeze pump Advantages:

3. Hose squeeze pump working principle:
There is a specially made rubber hose with smooth inner surface and high strength installed in the pump body. When a pair of roller rotate and squeeze the hose, the rotation and squeezing force will force the transported material flow in single direction and with no back flow. After the material in hose is transported, the squeezed hose will return to its normal shape by its elasticity and pressing force of side rollers. During this procedure, the vacuum generated will suck the material into hose cavity, and then, the sucked material will be squeezed by coming rollers and discharged from the output again. With the continuous rotation of roller, the material is sucked and discharged continuously.
4. Hose squeeze pump Selection:
1) When pump works intermittently and without fixed quantity requirement, the rated flow rate of selected pump can be larger than the actual needed flow rate.
2) When pump works continuously, the actual flow rate should be the same as the rated flow rate of selected pump. If the flow rate needs to be regulated, the inverter speed regulation pump should be selected.
3) Rated output pressure is the maximum allowable continue working pressure of pump driven by an electric motor with determined power. So the actual working pressure is too large, the use can choose motor with different power.
4) Normal hose can work under temperature less than 100C. Considering the generated heat during work, the medium temperature should be less than 80C unless the ventilation and cooling condition is good. Under that condition, the medium temperature can be up to 100C. If the medium temperature is higher than 100C, the special heat resistant hose should be used.
5) When pumping hygienic medium in food and pharmacy industry, the special hygienic hose should be used and ordered specially.
6) The main ingredients are natural rubber and butylene rubber. Please consider the compatibility between the hose and transported medium.
7) The input and output of pump are at the same direction and can be changed with each other. Please decide and choose according to actual piping and site situation.
8) Connection of input and output of pump has two methods for selection: flange and insertion fitting.
9) The input and output of dual hose pump are also single port design.
10) Pump can be designed and manufactured to fulfill customer’s special requirements.
