AMB pump is for use in food, chemical,pharmaceutical and similar industries, mainly using for CIP-return application.
Applications:
CIP self-sucking pump adopts acid resisting stainless steel in valve boday,which has unique alkaili resistance, and comply with sanitary requirements for food.requirement for foods.AMB is available in 3 sizes:AMB-167S,AMB-192S,AMB-203S.
Standard design:
All products wetted parts,i.e.pump casing,casing cover and impeller are made of acid-resistant steel AISI 316L.Seal are made of EPDM rubbber.
Cap nuts,legs,leg brackets and hsroud are made of stainless steel AISI 304.The shroud ahs noise absorbing lininng inside.
AMB-167S,192S and 203S:Adaptor is cast iron which is zinc coated and laquered making it highly corrosion resistant.
Shaft seals:
On AMB-167S,-192S and-203S, the mechanical single seals have stationary seal rings of acid-resistant steel AISI 316 and rotating seal rings of carbon.The AMB-203S has mechanical single seal with stationary seal rings of carbon and rotating seal rings of acid-resistant steel AISI 316L.
