3circle guides design (2 guide column,1 plunger structure)and the guides use the zero error spot contact bearing,instead of traditional and high frication coefficient sliding plate  ,which can reduce the heat dislocation to the minimum value and prolong their useful life

2.Hydraulic lock system
C Series equip hydraulic lock function,which can quickly adjust the mold .The Operator can also greatly improve work efficiency.

CD Series equip dynamic balancing system , which not only can minimize the noise and vibration but also make the punch be more precise and stable.

4.counterforce coil spring balancing device
When the station runs very fast , the balancing system can minimize the counterforce and  make the punch get the best accuracy and stability.

Simple in operation and complete function. Another control panel is available in the station.
