Usages
u Using the mixture of ZYP630G3 and yellow phosphor, 2500k-4000k warm white LEDs can be realized, the CRI of the packaging products can reach over 80.
u Using the mixture of ZYP630G3, yellow and green phosphor, the cool and warm white LEDs can be realized, the CRI of the packaging products can reach over 90.
u Pink LEDs can be packaged with blue or UV chips.
Directionsu Weigh phosphors and epoxy or silicone in correct concentration. Mix phosphors and silicone well and pump in vacuum chamber to eliminate air bubbles. Package some LEDs and measure them. Adjust concentration and repeat the above steps until the desired CIE is achieved. (Can be mixed with other phosphors)
