Dry type iron core reactor is an important corollary equipment of reactive power compensation in electrical power system. Capacitor is in series with dry type iron core reactor,which can restrain high harmonic , limit switch-on flow current, improve wave form,  rise power factor of electricity net work , protect capacitor and other electrical devices.

 

1.Iron core adopts imported high-quality silicon steel sheet, the stud is divided into even segments by air gaps, which adopts epoxy boards for intervals, ensure that the air gaps of reactor have no change in the operation.

2.To make sure that the silicon steel sheets combine firmly and possess Moisture-proof & dust-proof performance, we use excellent quality silicon steel sheet end face adhesive, which also reduce the running noise dramatically.

3. The coin is casted by F-Class epoxy resin in vacuum environment, the internal and external of the coin is laid with epoxy glassfiber cloth to reinforce the structure. The coin is with good insulation property and mechanical strength, at the same time, it can not be cracking when facing with high current impulse and hot & cold shock.

4. Epoxy resin casted coin is non-water absorbing, and with low amount of partial discharge, it can run safely in harsh environment.

5.The epoxy resin supporting blocks and shock proof silicon rubber used on the upper and lower ends of the coin reduce vibration effectively in the operation.
