Definition of electrolytic polishing:

 

    The polished workpiece as the anode, Insoluble metal as the cathode, the two poles immersed in the electrolytic cell at the same time, and produce a selective anodic dissolution by link to DC, to achieve augmenting the surface brightness of workpiece.

    

 Principle of electrolytic polishing:

 

     The metal ions from the workpiece react with the phosphoric acid in polishing fluid,forma a layer of phosphate mucosa which adsorbed on the surface of workpiece. On the mucosa, the convex spot is thinner, the concave spot is thicker, and the current density of convex spot is higher, so that dissolving is faster. Going with the mucosa flowing, the concavo-convex is changing, so that rough surface is leveling gradually.

1. The color luster inside and outside is same and lasting, the convex spots can’t polished by mechanical polishing could be leveled.

The heating and cooling can adopt jacket, semicanal and coil structure etc. The heating methods are steam, electric and HTF (Heat transfer oil) to satisfy the technology requirements under different work environment such as anti-acid, anti-high-temperature, anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion.

 

     The design and manufacturing can be carried out according to the requirements of customer’s technology.
