WD mixing tank:
1,The thermal insulation materials of the tank use polyurethane foam or pearl cotton with high thermostability and ageing resistance.
2,The interface use the international standard ISO fast loading reels, and raw materials are imported 304 or 316L. The inner surface of the tank adopt mirror polishing Ra≤0.28μm, and the outer surface is matte or mirror polished.
3,Sealing of mixer adopts imported sanitation-grade mechanical stirring enclosing or magnetic totally-enclosed stirring device. The mixing rotary speed is optional.
4,Nozzle is equipped with level gauge(static pressure, capacitance, contactless, ultrasonic type, glass type), air respirator, thermometer(digital display or dial plate type), CIP butterworth hatch, sight glass, explosionproof light(integration of sight glass, inspection lamp), SIP sterilization port, inltes and outlets and health manhole and so on.
5,Volume specification is 100L-10000L, can also customized design.
