Application:
PVC cable material, sole material, transparent bottle material, medical-use material, low smoke zero halogen or halogen free flame retardant cable material, EVA shielding material, PE/EVA carbon black masterbatch and all kinds of crosslinking cable materials etc, the production of radiation crosslinking cable materials
Processing technology:
1) Put PVC material into high mixer for compounding and refining, then the powder material through spiral feeder put into parallel twin screw extruder
2)Parallel twin screw extruder mixing material uniformly, then under the temperature of 140-160°Cfinished plasticizing and fully dispersing, in the last the final extrusive compounding material became molten mass (temperature is 130-140°C),final directly dropped into the large-diameter single screw extruder.
3).Single screw extruder finished 120°C melt extrusion granulation under the condition of low speed, high pressure and cooling state. The granulation temperature has fallen to 120-140°C, in this way can finish air-cooling die surface hot-cutting, and ensure pelletizing process isn’t sticky.
4)Granules produced by air-cooling die face hot-cutting, it's temperature will fall to 35-40°C after the cooling of secondary air cooling cyclone separator, then by air cooling extended vibrating sieve cooling, then the temperature decrease as room temperature to put into bunker to package.
