Aplication:

a. Iron ladle/Convertor hot patching refractory is composed of high quality Aluminum oxide, Silicon oxide,flowing agent and special additives.The material has high-temperature fluidity, rapid sintering, high strength, no pollution and long service life. This material is mainly used to patch steel lale loading area, and bottom area.

b. By forming a protective layer,which is slag-erosion resistant, on the ladle surface, the life cycle of iron ladle is largely extended.

c. Ladle gunning mixes are usually used for furnace cap, trunnion   and slag line.Iron ladle patching refractory is characterized with convenient installation, easy bonding, and long service life.
