The aluminate cement can resist a high temperature at which a relative high stength still remains its refractoriness increases with the content of CaO,therefore it is suitable for making refractoryconcerte as a bonder,Depending on the refractory aggregates(fireclay,high alumina) used,the refractory concerte made of the cement can be used below 1800 degree.
