Heat exchanger tube bundle

It is composed of diversion ring, tube bundle and rod baffle. The rod baffles are insert among tube bundles in the horizontal and vertical direction, the rod baffles are fixed in supporting ring to form squares( attached drawing)

Principle: On the throttle principle, when the fluid flow across the rod baffle, it is throttled, the swirl is generated behind it. Because the perturbation of the whirl will urge the thickness of retention layer on the surface of tube decrease, so the heat transport is strengthened. At the same time, because the fluids existing in the inner and outer pipe flow in parallel way, the heat transport will be done among them, it can eliminate the “dead-zone” and whirlpool generated by traverse baffle, and go against the heat changing’s drawback. Rod baffle liquid is dispersive little circling flowing, the tube bundle avert the warp direction impact, so the vibration won’t be generate by heat exchanger itself. To sum up, the product has the characters in low resistance, high effect, re-vibration.
