Shanghai KrahElectronics Co., Ltd.(SKE) is established in 1999 with a total investment of US$4,330,000 (excluding the factory building), of which 70% is contributed by the German party and 30% by the Chinese party. The registered capital of SKE amounts to US$3,050,000.
