(1).Color high-resolution CCD image acquisition system
Wanbao coffee  beans color sorter uses color CCD image acquisition system, which can acquire full color information of red, green and blue material. This enables our color sorter to better satified customers' requirements. 
With a minimum resolution of 0.04mm, it can perfectly detect the small defects and spots of beans. The high precision lens ensure the image more clear and accurate. 
(2). Specialized image processing algorithm 
Considering the complexity of beans, It use complicated regional classification method and realize material analysis and classification within the color gamut, so the accuracy of material identification is assured. 
(3). Unique feeding system 
According to its adjustable module design, the feeding system can accommodate various kinds of beans for a wider application range of beans color sorter. 
Special chute design ensures the uniformity of material flow, and thus, the best image acquisition and defective material rejection effects can be accomplished. 
(4). Optional quality ejector 
When materials of small grains, the imported high frequency ejector is more excellently
