Gypsum rotary kiln brief introduction:
Construction gypsum powder production line(natural gypsum)adopts vertical mill, calcining furnace ect domestic advanced equipment technology, and calcining furnace is the most widely used currently in China. Gypsum rotary kiln is widespread used in natural gypsum and chemical gypsum calcining technology, and the equipments produced by our company have been exported to many countries.
Main structure of the gypsum rotary kiln:
Gypsum rotary kiln is made up of barrel ,supporting device, take block wheel support device .moving head and sealing device for kiln tail ,coal injection pipe device etc. Kiln body of rotary is parallel with level slope. Whole kiln body is supported by supporting device ,and it controls the blocking device of kiln.
In addation to the main drive system .the drive system has settled the auxiliary drive to make the gypsum rotary kiln drive when the power down and prevent the kiln bending deflection.
The rotary head and tail has taken the new sealing technology and it is guaranteed .
