Polyester conveyor belt also called EP conveyor belt.

Its tension resistant body is canvas woven by polyester in warp and good trough ability in weft, good water resistant, wet strength, no mould is suitable for medium, long distance and heavy-load transportation of material. Because of the high initial modulus of polyester, the belt can choose a relative low safety factor.

Tensile property of through thickness The longitudinal tensile strength is not lower than the following nominal value 315N/mm, 400 N/mm, 500 N/mm, 600 N/mm, 630 N/mm, 800 N/mm, 900 N/mm, 1000 N/mm.The through thickness elongation rate of the belt should not less than 10%, the reference force elongation rate of trough thickness of the belt should no more than 4%.Straightness: no more than 25mm.
