Patterned conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern cover. Pattern shape and height(depth) can be different because of different conveying materials and gradient of the conveyor.

On surface of the belt, there is cheveron pattern higher than the belt body, the pattern may be either open-end or closed. Each kind of pattern includes three types: high, medium and low.

Usage:

Conveying packaged, powdered, granulated and small lump material at a gradient of equal or less than 40°.
