A) Structure of high pressure steel wire braided hose:
Tube: oil resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcement::one or two high tensile steel wire braid
Cover:abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber
B) Usage:
It is mainly used for Mine Hydraulic Support,oil field exploitation, object construction,lifting transport ,metallurgic forging ,mine equipment,ship,injection molding machinery,agricultural machinery,and so on.
C) Characteristics:
1.it is made from special synthetic rubber,and has the function of oil-resistance,hot-resistance and aging-proof.
2.It bears high working pressure, and its pulse properties are good.
3.The structure is compact while in use it is flexble and changs little under pressure.
4.it is very good in the aspect of circumnutating-resistance and tire-resistance.
5.The hose ID from 3/16 to 2 , 8mm to 50.8.
