Standard function (processing): loading → parting →laminated →tensional control →feeding →cutting →connect material

Characteristics:

1.Adopts advanced computer digital feeding system, imported touch screen operation and PLC program control:(1)can also enter 2 different sizes with jump lattice function (for not cutting edge material spacing can be auto narrow), (2) pull paper length (0-2000mm) (3) automatic injection oil system.(4)There is operating instructions of machine in the touch-screen and product introduction function.

2. Machine design: (1) the material no grounded, no damp, no contamination, (2) material tension stability, (3) die-cutting itinerary: 28mm, stabilize the pressure; (4) there are advantages as high precision, small noise, fast speed, jump location precision etc. (5)the cutting can be all broken, also half cropped.

3. Loading parts: (1) two feeding shaft are equipped independent magnetic powder control tension of raw materials to make laminating, slitting precision. (2) the feeding shaft can adjust the parallelism with laminating roller, ensure accuracy. (3)the feeding shaft can adjust a bit in the front and behind, convenient operation.

4. Slitting part: (1) 8 sets knife frames can be installed, location is optional moves. Worm gear and worm adjusts angle into knife frame when knife frame is locked, using adjustment frame.

5. Combining roller: (1) the joint roller drum with PU rubber, (2) using the variable speed motors 400W1:15.

6. Tension control: (1) There are two proximity switch equipment and automatic induction feeding, (2) tension constant.

7. Material-applying part: (1) imported servo feeding, stable performance, feeding precision, (2) synchronous belt transmission.

8. Cutting parts: (1) a set of high speed steel knife; (2)there is bronze in the inside of eccentric drive, the up knife block and drive connections part adopts imported needle bearing, ensure the cutting precision.

9. Splice material part: (1) the splice platform can be automatically lift. (2) it can adjust any angle.
