XJ Rubber extruding continuous line consists of pay-off frame,upper tension,powder box,extruder,vulcanizing pipe,below seal,traction,take-up frame and electrical device etc.

Compose:

Rubber extruder has two format 12:1 and 16:1,the former is used BM screw,and cold feeding,

The latter is used composite screw and cold feeding forcibly.

The machine body adopted electricity heating up,water cooling and auto-control temperature.
