Oil refinery equipment
Our equipment used gear transmission. rotate speed: 0.4r/minu, 10t:5.5KW.
REACTOR:
1. Q245R boiler plate. Thickness: 14mm.
2. We used auto-welding technology on the reactor. Thickness of weld seam: 21mm. so that weld is uniform and strong.
3. Make 100% x-ray testing to check the flaw of weld seam.
4. Heat treatment with reactor to remove prestress. So that make the reactor much more firm .
SAFETY SYSTEM:
1. Reduce pyrolysis temperature, so that shorten pyrolysis time and save energy.
2. Negtive pressure can guarantee no press in the whole system, so that guarantee safety.
3. Working with auto-feeder, when feeding material, can guarantee no oil gas come out so that protect environment.
COOLING SYSTEM:
1. Three grade cooling device. One top tube and 3 condensers (more than 10 tons need 5 condensers).
2 Inside condenser have 57 smaller pipes, the diameter of which is 48mm.Cooling area of each condenser can reach 13 square meters.
The whole cooling areas will be 39 squres meters. So it can guarantee oil gas maximumly cooling down. So that guarantee oil output rate.
3. Devided into 3 parts, easy to install and easy for clearance.
CATALYTIC CHAIMER:
1. Three grade cooling device. One top tube and 3 condensers (more than 10 tons need 5 condensers).

WATER SAFETY :

OIL-WATER SEPARATOR:
1. High pressure nozzle clean oil gas with recycling water.
2. The fist safety device, prevent gas reflux.
3. Separate heave oil and water, make heave oil flow into oil tank
Safety.
1. Our reator is made by automatic welding machine. It makes welding much more proportional and firm with H08A welding wire and HJ321 welding flux, which ensures machine's safe running in the best temperature as high as 45o°C for the highest oil yield.
2. X-Rays detection will make 100% testing t0 reactor in case of pores during welding.
3. After professional heating treatment, the reator's prepress will be elimated and become more solid and castinblock.
4. Two steps safety devices prevent gas from going back which keeps machine running safely.
5. With vacuum system, equipment will be much safe operating in negative pressure.
Environmental friendly
1. Exhaust gas recovery. Safety device can not only avoid gas going back but also burn tail gas therefore eliminate gas pollution.
2. Dedusting system. Professional water dedusting system will ensure the smoke emission reach national emissions standards.
Delivery time.
1. We have 6 sets advanced automatic welding machines, which greatly improve working efficiency. A reactor can be finished in 17hours. Therefore,delivery time will be guaranteed.
Service life.
With advanced testing equipment, mature technology and rich production experience, our reactor can be used 8-10years.
