pull the steel wire in the tire

There are drawing-out hooks under rotary wheel pan which locate in two sides of drawing-out machine .When the wheel pan moving, the drawing hook on to steel ring of two sides of tire and extract out the steel wire by the strong rotational twist strength between hook and wheel pan.
