Urethane Roll Coverings For Many Industries 

 

PEPSEN manufactures roll coverings for all industries.  Roll coverings are available in all of our materials and durometers.  We can apply any finish needed on a roll and a wide variety of grooving patterns.  We cover rolls from the smallest diameter up to 60” in diameter.

When a roll is sent to us it is completely inspected and an incoming report is generated.  When the roll is finished, a final inspection report is generated.  The final inspection report is sent with the roll.  Both reports are available to our customers.

The following is a typical procedure for a complete rebuild of a roll:

 

Receive roll with all bearings, housings, and frames attached.Remove, clean, and straighten frames.Remove bearings, housings, and seals.  The housings are inspected and repaired if needed.Completely inspect roll and shaft. Test roll and shaft.  Any needed repairs are quoted at this time.  A report is supplied for the testing.Recover your roll and finish per print.Replace bearings, seals, and housings.  Bearings and seals are supplied new or
re-conditioned.Replace the frames
