Arc Protective Clothing & Welding Protective Clothing
by fabric blended by using pre-oxidized fiber (inflammable fiber) and para-aramid (high strength and high modulus flame retardant fiber); under very high electric arc action (150koAL/cm2), PANOX/Kevlar heat-resistant protective clothing doesn’t break up, gives the wear more evacuation time in the sudden fire disaster or electric arc accident; meanwhile, it can reduce the burning to the lowest degree,main technical indicators comply with DD ENV 50354:2001 European standard.
Notes: The product doesn’t include electrical insulation protection.
This product is produced by using PAN fiber(not combustible fiber)& Para-Aramid(high strenth ,high modulus and flame retardant)blended fabric.
PAN fiber is preworking procedure of the carbon fiber (which used to made big plane).
This kind of fiber with approximately 93% carbon content, 6~10% moisture absorption,similar to cotton.
Para-Aramid fiber is materials which is used to made bullet-proofing clothing, 5-6 times strength of high quality fine steel.
These two materials blended together, so can achieve the survival of the fittest.,cause the welding protective clothing with better heat resistanse & higher strength.
The product is applicable to welding & related workplace,operation workers whom might suffer from molten metals & heat hurt should wear A grade protective clothing.
Performance requriement:the product conform to GB8965.2-2009 Grade A & EN11611(see table)
