Integrated hydraulic control and bearing lubrication
The hydraulic console is standard on all crushers, and has a dual function. The first function is to control throttle gate that controls the feed rate to the rotor. The same hand pump also manages hydraulic adjustment of the motor mount. This makes adjustment to the drive system a quick and simple one-person operation, reducing maintenance downtime and is again standard on all machines. The semi-automatic metered grease system is completely sealed to prevent ingress of dirt and dust with perfect lubrication effect.
