Working principle of sand washing machine:

1.When machines are working, after the motor through V-belt, reducer, gear made slow down, it drive the impeller for slowly rotating, the sandstone enter from feed trough into the wash trough, then turn over at the drive of impeller, and friction each other, remove impurities covering sand surface;

2.At the same time, damage the water vapor layer which coated sand for convenience dehydration; While add water for forming strong water flow, to take the small proportion foreign material & impurities away in time;

3.Moreover, discharge from the overflow wash trough. The clean sandstone is taken away by the blade; at last, the sandstone is poured into out-feed channel from rotating impeller, complete the clean function.
