called BAOJUN board (code WL) for short, is made of the outer embossed metal plate and inner thermal insulation materials (or pour foam). BAOJUN board’s inner insulation board is made of extruded polystyrene insulation materials, polyurethane, phenolic foam, etc, and the outer is made of carbon-coated aluminum alloy plate, Al-Zn coated steel and other metal of high weathering panels. It can be painted into different colors with special coatings according to customers’ needs and then rolled into different patterns.    1. Applicable to a wide range
   BAOJUN boards are applicable to the cold regions or the areas where summer and winter alternating or hot and cold alternating is obvious, ect. The system has strong ability of anti-thermal expansion and contraction, and it’s non-absorbent. In the cold regions it can prevent problems such as plaster cracking and spalling caused by freezing and thawing. In the hot and wet regions where the surface is dry quickly, it can prevent the  wall from mildewing.

   BAOJUN uses extruded polystyrene foam insulation (XPS), polyurethane foam (PU, PIR), phenolic foam and other materials as its insulation materials, and the heat transfer coefficient of the system is 0.27-0.53W / m K, achieving a good thermal effect. The boundary layer of BAOJUN board is made of thin metal plates that weights light, which makes it demand a relatively low carrying capacity of the main structure, and greatly reduces the base load.
   5.Strong resistance to deformation
   The outer surface of BAOJUN board is made by jointing or sive the metal embossing plate of a certain thickness and rigid insulation materials with a specific adhesive compound. The compounded board is resistant to the wind pressure, bending, bending, and deformation. According to specific needs, a backplane can be added to be directly used as retaining walls. The embossed metal is resistant to the thermal expansion and contraction to a certain degree, and will not be cracking.
