XPS (extruded polystyrene) Foam Sandwich Panel can be used for outer wall and roof of various buildings with the role of effectively insulating heat energy transferring between inside and outside of building, energy saving, noise reducing, and decorating.

Structure:  1 layer aluminum alloy plate + 1 layer aluminum corrugated plate + 1 layer XPS

Surface layer: aluminum alloy plate with PVDF(fluorocarbon) coating

Heat-insulating layer: XPS

Reinforced layer: aluminum corrugated plate

Foundation plate: XPS foam plate

Installation: sticking combined with fastening, steel skeleton hanging.

Features: light weight, high strength; products with a specification of  1,220x2,440mm,thickness 30-80mm, but variations upon customers demand are also available.

Application: Mainly for exterior wall heat insulation and decoration of multi-storey, and high-rise public buildings .
