Polystyrene (EPS) Sandwich panels are typically single piece, modular factory engineered units comprising two metal faces and a fully insulating core -- Polystyrene (EPS). Because of its cellular structure EPS, it is an extremely light weight material. Typically weighing between 12 and 30 kg per cubic meter, EPS sandwich panel has a major advantage over other materials in installation in building situations. Additionally, it is a good warm proof and heat insulation material. Thus, it can be used in a low temperature environment for building construction. Besides, it also can resist the water absorption. Therefore, it is widely used in prefab house, large steel structure warehouse, workshop, as an environmentally friendly wall and roof maintenance material.
