1.Structure and features of the wood sawing machine

. This wood sawing machine is mainly composed of frame work, feeding secion, speed adjustment section, wood pressing secion, air pressure system and electric contorl system.

. Length of the wood can be from 500mm to 5000mm.

. Backstop claw at the feeding point can avoid the splashing out of the wood.

. Two wheels in one set for the upper pressing wheel.

. The pressing power in the wood fixing part can be adjusted with the adjustable cylinder.

. Frequency control is adopted in the wood feeding section. The max. productivity can reach 3CBM/h.

2.Operation cautions of the wood sawing machine. 

. Before starting the machine, make sure that the saw blades are fixed tight, rotation in the right direction, metal case door closed and exhaust pipe connected.

. Ensure the reducer tank of the feeding section has been filled engine oil and keep the oil at the required level. To avoid damage, the reducer can’t be runned without lubricant.

. Ensure the air pipes connectors are fixed and the voltage of power and air supply reaches the requirement.
