Vertical fuel level sensor is widely applicable to many kinds of fuel tank.

Vertical fuel level sensor is of high reliability and is widely applicable to various fuel tank.

Fuel low level alarm system is integrated in this part.

Output signal: 3-110ohms, 10-180ohms, 240-33ohms, customized output signal is available.

 

HOW OIL LEVEL SNESOR WORK WITH TRACKERS

1.Install tank fuel level sensor in vehicle tank
1.1 Position: Determine the position of fuel level sensor. In general, the tank fuel level sensor is Installed in the middle of tank.
1.2 Clear : Clear smear nearby the position of fuel level sensor
1.3 Dig a hole :Dig a hole on the position ,the diameter of the hole is similar as the diameter of sensor.

 

1.4 Clear the hole:
Clear the pad around the hole by file
Clear the scrap iron by magnet

 

1.5 Install the tank fuel level sensor
Remove the shield of bobber
Remove the sensor from the flange
Place the flange on the hole

 

1.6 Fasten
Dig hole on the concave of flange
Stick the glue on the screw
Fix the flange on the tank
Fix the sensor on the flange via screw

 

1.7 Seal
Seal the flange and tank via seal glue
