Centrifugal Dehydrator Configuration and Function
1.Barrate is introduced by stainless steel which is diphase centrifugal cast entirely, in large aspect ratio structures, entrance and exit of material of barrate is used by wear-resistant material, and with specially designed structure, capacity processed is large, separation efficiency is great, and it is in long life serving, easy to operate, besides area of machine is small.
2.Helical structure is of specific designed pertinently, not only ensures mud came out in a degree of dryness, but also keeps impurity egesting smoothly, with non-blocking.
3.Differential mechanism is introduced by involute planet differential gear, which is specially designed by our company, its transmission ratio is large, and differential speed and size of torque can be adjusted.
4.Rack makes use of special profiled bar, in large capacity, non-deformation, it ensures the equipment in stability of the normal operation.
5.Abrasion-resistant material of helical blade is used domestic and imported special wear resistant alloy materials, it can ensure the wear-resistant and avoid the malfunction of break.
