Knife Sharpening Instruction

1.Insert knife blade into the appropriate sharpening slot at a 90-degree angle to the sharpener.

2.Press down with moderate pressure and pull the knife blade through the sharpening slot.

3.Repeat this action until blade is sharp.

Care: Always clean your sharpener after use.  Clean with a damp cloth or non-abrasive brush.  Do not rinse with water.

Caution:  Always rest your knife sharpener on a sturdy, flat surface and use the handle of the knife sharpener for stability and control during sharpening.
