Two stages of sharpening offer the capability to put a razor sharp edge on very dull or damaged blades and touch-up already sharp blades. The deluxe stainless steel coated base is replaceable.

Sharpening Instruction
1. Insert knife blade into the appropriate sharpening slot at a 90-degree angle to the sharpener.
2. Press down with moderate pressure and pull the knife blade through the sharpening slot.
3. Repeat this action until blade is sharp.
Care: Always clean your sharpener after use. Clean with a damp cloth or non-abrasive brush. Do not rinse with water.
Caution: Always rest your sharpener on a sturdy, flat surface and use the handle of the sharpener for stability and control during sharpening.
