1.Touching controlled man-machine interface: able to do continual check during production so as to make sure of the correct operation of "diagnosis and repair" the visible data result in easy operations. 2.Lifted handle type operation control box and proper height of the work desk conform the body engineering and have operations more personalized. 3.Quickly movable injector: use a linear slide-rail for guidance, driven by both gear and rack, quickly movable and accurate positioning. 4.Easy mould thickness adjustment, sleeplessly adjustable with in 120-200mm. 5.Quick mould opening: use a dual-pump and an oil path of a big output volume, able to instantaneously speed up mould-opening to enhance the finishes quality. 6.Compensating balancer;2 moulds at each station and each can be pressured and automatically compensated on the mould thickness deference to save the mould calibration time. 7.The mold temperature can be individually and accurately controlled upon the production requirement, the quality of finishes is stable and energy can be saved. 8.Dual- proportional control of pressure and speed: the PID injecting curve accurately controls the injecting output volume, making sure of a stable production. 9.The optimized design on the injected volume: quick injecting, great injecting volume, raising the productivity and making a high alue for the clients. 10.Crank axle upper-placed structure makes maintenance more convenient, the work desk lowered and the product take-out and mould clear-up easier. 11.The load comes from the feedback oil path, causing a lower energy loss.
