Directions: Pour a quarter-sized drop--half a teaspoon or so--of shower gel/cream onto a bath sponge or washcloth and work it into a lather. Gently scrub yourself all 

over (don't forget to get behind the ears!), just as if you were washing with soap. Rinse off thoroughly.
