Zirconia silica fume/Zr Silica Fume
Zirconia silica , a compound of zirconium dioxide, zirconium oxide melting products, also called silicon ash, the production of silicon-zirconium off special device which used to collect the silica powder, not only has the general characteristics of sillca , but also a certain amount of zirconia powder. Zirconia silica has a special use in the field of refractories , buming injection materials, ceramics and building materials industries and high-strength concrete for its features of low impurities and good activity in refractory.

Application
Electronic materials, plastics, paint and coatings, silicone rubber, adhesives, high-grade;
widely used in casting refractories ,fused and sintered refractories. Such as high performance and low cement refractory materials and prefabricated parts, large iron hooks and steel materials, ventilation tiles, apply mending materials, etc. gravity-based refractory materials and construction of dry and wet spray application; oxide silicon carbide products(ceramics kiln with, every flame plate, etc.);Lightweight high temperature calcium silicate insulation material; Electric kilns with corundum mullite puser; high-temperature resistant materials and products; corundum and ceramic products.2. For mortar and concrete in : high-rise buildings, the harbor docks, dams, water culvert, railway public bridges, subways, tunnels, airport runways, concrete pavement and the coal mine tunnel shotcrete reinforcement.
