Introduction 

Silicon carbide / Sic micron whisker (Sic-w) has the good chemistry stability, low heated expansion, high efficiency of heat conductivity, electrical resistance comparing with metal being in the opposite direction, very hard and the level over 9.5 of Moss's.
Sic (silicon carbide) resists heat, grinding & crushing, especially in resisting hot shock wave, corrosion and radiation.
The shape of Beta Sic is crystallized as diamond. Harder than α Sic reaching the level 9.5 of Moss's, good measure of tensile strength, best efficiency for electric current.
